1. The General Directorate of Development is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the operation of all the organic units that fall under it, ensuring their smooth operation and dealing with the problems and cases of their competence, especially in the areas of local entrepreneurship development and economy, sports, the promotion and further development of both the tourist and cultural capital of the Region.
2. The General Directorate collaborates with the General Directorate of Development Planning, Environment and Infrastructure in the planning, processing, implementation and evaluation of projects and actions in the field of its thematic object.
