General Directorate of Public Health and Social Care

1. The General Directorate of Public Health and Social Care is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the operation of all the organic units that fall under it, ensuring their orderly operation and dealing with problems and cases of their competence, especially in the fields promoting and protecting the public health of the local population, combating poverty and exclusion, promoting social cohesion and defending vulnerable groups through an effective network of social care and solidarity services. 2. It must be in continuous cooperation with the relevant Ministries in order to better deal with the problems and cases under their jurisdiction. 3. Must cooperate with the General Directorate of Development Planning, Environment and Infrastructure in the planning, processing, implementation and evaluation of projects and the evaluation of projects and actions in the field of its thematic object.
